Julian Robertson gave boldly and generously when he created the Robertson Scholars Leadership Program twenty-three years ago. He believed in the power of communities, and more importantly, he believed in the power of people to create a better world. 

In 2023, we launched a Generosity Campaign in his honor, asking you to do as he did: to give boldly and generously as we establish the Julian H. Robertson, Jr., Alumni Fund. 

We set a bold goal of raising $1,000,000 from our community. Ambitious, yes, but we learned from Julian how powerful big, audacious goals can be and we think honoring his legacy asks us to follow in his model. The Julian H. Robertson, Jr. Alumni Fund, which your gift or three-year pledge will help launch, will be used to strengthen our community and amplify our impact around the world.

The Julian H. Robertson, Jr. Alumni Fund will provide the resources for all Robertson alumni to continue their lifelong leadership growth and development, building an even more engaged Robertson Scholars community - providing pathways for Alumni & Scholars to connect deeply and meaningfully across cohorts, seeding and inspiring ideas with the power to make transformational change on a global scale.

We have already secured $750,000 in donations and pledges to date from our Alumni community, putting us well on the way to meeting our goal.

One-time gifts and recurring gifts as well as pledges up to three years will count towards meeting our goal of $1,000,000. We invite every member of our community to be part of co-creating our future, welcoming and celebrating every contribution. Below are some ways we invite you to consider contributing to our Generosity Campaign:

  • Become a Launch Donor: Consider a Launch Donation (gifts or pledges over $20,000) by connecting directly with Andrew Lakis.
  • Become a RSLP Sustainer:  Join the campaign as a sustainer by giving $50 or more per month to the JHR Alumni Fund. 
  • Contributions from Friends & Family: Friends and families are celebrated members of our Robertson Community, and are invited to give generously in honor of their Scholar.

Your donation to the RSLP Generosity Campaign will count as a gift towards your alma mater and may be tax deductible.
