Since joining RSLP how have you grown as a leader? 

Being part of the Robertson Scholars Leadership Program has helped me grow into a leader who values connection and shared purpose. Experiences like NOLS, community summer, and my switch semester have pushed me outside my comfort zone while surrounding me with lifelong friends who constantly support and challenge me. These moments have shown me that strong leadership starts with genuine relationships and being there for others.
