Since joining RSLP how have you grown as a leader? 

True leadership, I’ve learned, is a decision while being fully present. It’s the invisible thread that binds a group together in adversity. It’s optimism in action — the willingness to keep fighting the next tiger on the path, no matter how tired, cold, or lost you may feel… all for the belief that “home,” whatever that means to you, is still worth getting back to or fighting for!
