Since joining RSLP, how have you grown as a leader? 

The RSLP has allowed me to view the challenges I see in the world and feel empowered and supported to go out and solve them. Through a life changing summer experience, peer connection, and coaching I have grown personally & feel empowered to take on any challenge I see.
