Since joining RSLP how have you grown as a leader? 

Being in the program has given me the courage to be a bolder and more confident leader. Through a LEAD grant and my exploration summer, I was able to attend the Women in Sports Conference and the ESPN Women’s Summit. Both of those experiences allowed me to meet like-minded women in sports and gain confidence in my future career field.
