Since joining RSLP how have you grown as a leader? 

Building houses in Whitesburg, KY during Community Summer showed me that leading starts with listening. My switch semester at UNC taught me how to see what I value most during transition. Climate research in Nepal and working at the Energy Transitions Commission in London during Exploration Summer deepened my expertise and strengthened my resolve to address climate change.
