Since joining RSLP how have you grown as a leader? 

During my short time in the RSLP program, I’ve learned that grounding myself in my values rather than my accomplishments as a leader is paramount. Whether it be taking on responsibilities at NOLS or thinking about the ways that I want to contribute to both campus communities in the upcoming year, I’ve flipped from my first question being WHAT do I need to do to WHY do I feel the need to take action.
