What are you committed to as a leader and how are you exploring that through RSLP?

My biggest priority as a leader is ensuring that everyone feels valued and capable, as I believe this is the most important step to effective collaboration; however, evoking these feelings can be immensely different between person to person, and a good leader is able to adapt and compromise. Robertson places immense importance on bringing together a diverse, multi-faceted cohort each year, a perfect environment to learn from all sorts of individuals. By interacting with many different types of people, I hope to learn through their experiences and our conversations, finding ways to change and adjust so I can better create an environment where everyone feels seen.
