Since joining RSLP how have you grown as a leader?

Mississippi house, the people—not the two-story colonial revival—taught me how to stand your ground while not dying on a hill, what it means to be “great”, and how important it is to put the oxygen mask on yourself first. We learned together how to nip conflict in the bud, but accept it when it rears its head, and sat through 36 episodes of love island in the living room. I am certainly a changed leader for it.
