Since joining RSLP how have you grown as a leader? 

I have grown to realize the incredible diversity of perspective and background in the world we live in, which has forced me to learn how to lead humbly and with confidence that comes from understanding rather than ego. Working at HOMES in Whitesburg, KY opened my eyes to see the complexity of our world and that the assumptions we often take for granted should be challenged.

I am committed to servant leadership, that the best leaders are not those who run with their own ideas but instead look to lead in the places where they are needed the most. I am exploring this by forming deep relationships around the world as well as serving in my local church and communities.
