Since joining RSLP how have you grown as a leader? 

The NOLS trip was impactful. Thrust into the literal and figurative wilderness with a group of relatively new peers, I was initially anxious and unsure. Navigating the challenges as a group revealed I was not alone in this unsteadiness. Over the course of three days, I came to develop greater patience, trust, and empathy while bonding with my cohort.
