What drew you to the Robertson Program?

I am a person who is always looking for new challenges to embrace and who believes that discomfort is a great source of learning. I am also fascinated by identities and how complex and multifaceted they are. I am particularly interested in how many factors including interactions ranging from random to meaningful with other identities can shape our own identities and complement them. Therefore, I believe in the strength and beauty of diverse communities; where identities can fuse together and complement each other for the purpose of improving the whole. That is exactly what attracted me to Robertson: Being a part of a cohort of talented individuals from different backgrounds and varied interests and skills whose uniting goal is to better the world.
