Since joining RSLP how have you grown as a leader?
From my Community Summer in Mississippi to a LEAD grant to Colorado for a meditation retreat, RSLP has broadened my awareness of how I interact in groups and communities. There’s nothing like living in a house of 10 people to clarify what roles I default to when working as a team, and spending a week alone reflecting in the mountains gave me the space and time to identify how I can adapt as a leader to improve my interactions with the communities I’m a part of.
Passionate about climate change and the outdoors, I’m exploring environmental solutions at the intersection of art, mechanics, and people. Through my time as a Robertson, I’m seeking out how we can heal our planet most effectively, not with new technology, but with new ideas of how humans interact, with places and each other.
