Since joining RSLP how have you grown as a leader?

My experiences through Community Summer, Switch Semester, and LEAD grants have helped me grow by pushing me into unfamiliar settings where I was asked to make difficult decisions, build relationships, and reflect on my values. Each challenged me to live with more clarity and care, and I’m a more thoughtful person because of the RSLP.
