Since joining RSLP how have you grown as a leader? 

At Connection Weekend in April, I began to realize that one of the most important things we can do is listen. When I first met the other Robbies, I was amazed at each person’s willingness to learn about each other and listen to their passions. By just being open and receptive, we can truly connect with those around us.
