Since joining RSLP how have you grown as a leader? 

I’ve grown into a more grounded, relational leader. From rural Mississippi to to Machu Picchu, the Robertson experience has taught me to stay open in unfamiliar spaces, build trust across difference, and lead with gratitude. RSLP’s emphasis on reflection and community has deepened my commitment to showing up with purpose.
