Which value of the program resonates the most with you and why?

I most resonate with the value of collaborative spirit. Growing up I always heard “if you want to go fast, go alone; if you want to go far, go together” or “Umuntu ngumuntu ngabantu (A person is a person because of other people)” collaboration is and always will be one of the most important values as the collective is always stronger than the individual. In order to successfully enact the transformation I see for my country and community, growing as a collaborator is a must. I believe we learn so much more in collaboration than we would in isolation.
