Since joining RSLP how have you grown as a leader? 

When I think of the last three years, my biggest growth as a leader has not only been discovering my passion for storytelling, but the privilege to practice with very little roadblocks, and that is largely thanks to Robertson. Being a dual citizen has allowed me to take classes at Duke’s Center for Documentary Studies, teaching me the technical skills needed to do what I love, and giving me the opportunity to work abroad with leading professors in the Documentary Arts (Katie Hyde) and even getting funding to pursue personal projects (John Hope Franklin). Robertson summer processes and funding have reshaped my idea of productivity by allowing me deep reflection, rest, and the pursuits of the heart without the stress of financial strain. I’m eternally grateful!
