Since joining RSLP how have you grown as a leader? 

I’ve learnt to organise gatherings with more boldness and creativity. Like laying under the stars on a backpacking trip during Exploration Summer and holding space to tell each other about someone or something we love. My Robertson friends get excited about unconventional ideas with me and show up when I think maybe no one will come.
