Since joining RSLP how have you grown as a leader? 

Completing the values workshop with Dr. Kelly Crace helped me become a more value-oriented leader by clarifying what I truly care about and the life experiences that shaped those values. Additionally, NOLS pushed me to recognize the importance of staying true to my word, even in uncomfortable or challenging circumstances. These experiences have strengthened my self-awareness and resilience as a leader.

As a leader, I am committed to discovering my true purpose and passions by continuing to step into challenging and unfamiliar experiences. I am also committed to being a servant leader by intentionally fostering humility and service in the communities I engage with. Through RSLP, I will explore these commitments by embracing growth opportunities and leading with integrity.
