Since joining RSLP how have you grown as a leader? 

Going on the first-year NOLS Retreat has turned me into a more flexible and adaptive person, which has been incredibly helpful as I started my first semester at Duke. It was also a great practice in listening deeply, supporting my friends, and being less afraid of bugs!
