Since joining RSLP how have you grown as a leader? 

Much of the RSLP’s programming centres around self-knowledge — i.e., learning to answer the question “Who am I?” — which has proven critical to my growth as leader. Finding out who I am and what values I hold, whether that is through intensive processes like Community Summer or simply meaningful conversation with fellow scholars, has helped to direct, challenge, and reinforce my commitments (to community, to loved ones, to myself).
