Since joining RSLP how have you grown as a leader? 

In general, the Robertson has encouraged me to engage in a lot more introspection, which has helped me to see the kind of leader I am and want to be going forward. Community Summer was absolutely pivotal for this – I loved my time in New Orleans!

Whilst I continue to discover what it is that I truly want to pursue in the next phase of my life, I am committed to exposing myself to as many new experiences, places, people and cultures as possible. Indeed, through LEAD grants, the Summers and the Robertson Collective, I hope to become a more well rounded person, and therefore a more effective leader.
